Leadership Connection

The Office of Student Activities and Leadership is a resource specifically designed to help you make the most of your co-curricular experiences. Developing effective student organizations and leaders through training and education is SAL's primary mission.

Leadership Connection is a stimulating week long, off-site program that develops both the individual and the group. The purpose of Leadership Connection is to provide opportunities that strengthen student organizations' intra-group and inter-group development. Areas of focus include ethics, collaboration, service and community responsibility. Students and student organizations are able to create more efficient organizational development practices and social justice consciousness.
